Four ways we usually help.

Each card opens the page for that job. One number covers all four, day or night.

Why people call back

Neighbors hand our number around.

Most new calls come from someone who used us before: a condo manager, a neighbor down the street, a snowbird's family up north. That only keeps happening when the last job went right.

One call starts itGive the street or the gate name and a technician is on the way.

Coverage

From the river out to the islands

Every visit is mobile. Lee County: Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, San Carlos Park, Iona, Cypress Lake, Villas, Gateway, McGregor, Whiskey Creek, Fort Myers Shores, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Bonita Springs and North Estero. Collier County: Naples, East Naples, Golden Gate, Pelican Bay, Naples Park, Naples Manor, Immokalee and Ave Maria. Charlotte County: Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Punta Gorda Isles and Rotonda West. Farther out: LaBelle and Nocatee.

Gated communities are routine. Tell us the gate name and how visitors get in, and the technician arrives with a plan. Snowbird homes opened after a long summer, condos with association rules and houses rebuilt after a storm are all ordinary work here.

Three stories from the week

Retold plainly; the people and places stay anonymous. If one looks like your problem, it's the same number.

Back from up north

Owners returning after months away found the front door key no longer turned; salt air and no use had done it.

Their ID checked, the door opened, the cylinder cleaned and rekeyed, and a sticky patio slider lock fixed on the same visit.

An early weekday · done while they unpacked

One master key, six doors

A small office downtown lost its master key, and six doors depended on it.

A new master key system was set up, staff keys cut and handed out, and a list kept of who holds which key.

Midweek, midday · finished in one stop

Keys on the seat

A pickup locked at a boat ramp with the keys on the seat and the trailer still hitched.

Registration checked against the driver's ID, the truck opened, and the boat day carried on.

Friday evening · single trip

Questions from the phone, answered

The things people want to know before a technician heads their way.

Can you get through the gate at my community?

Yes. Tell us how visitors get in, whether that's a guard, a call box or a code, and we plan around it. Some associations want a work notice first, and we can wait on that.

My key broke inside the lock. Is the lock finished?

Rarely. The broken piece can usually be removed and a new key made. Keep using the door and the piece goes deeper, so leave it for the technician.

Do you come out at night and on holidays?

Yes. Calls after dark and on holidays are handled the same way as daytime calls, and the estimate is still free.

Can you rekey a rental between tenants?

Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs for landlords and condo owners. The locks stay, the old keys stop working, and the new tenant gets fresh keys.

Should I rekey or replace after a storm?

If the lock turns smoothly and the door closes true, rekeying is usually enough. Salt water and a swollen frame can ruin a lock, and then a new one makes more sense. The technician shows you which before anything is done.

Can you copy a car key or fob for a spare?

Yes. Spare keys and fobs are cut and programmed at the car, which saves the trip to a dealer. Bring every key that still works so they can be checked together.

Until we get there

Waiting well is the part you control.

Stay cool and visible

In the heat, wait in shade or inside a nearby store rather than in a closed car. After dark, choose a lit place with people around. The technician calls on the way.

Don't force it

Hangers, cards and sprays usually leave a bent latch or a snapped key, and a quick lockout becomes a lock replacement.

Have proof ready

A license plus a lease, a utility bill or the car's registration is what the technician asks to see. Having it out saves a few minutes.
